Users of Equifax Property services are required to be Equifax subscribers, and are subject to all Subscriber terms and conditions.
Equifax and Valocity have used reasonable endeavors to ensure the availability, accuracy and completeness of property information supplied, however, Equifax and Valocity do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of the information provided.
Neither Equifax nor Valocity will be liable for any claims whatsoever or howsoever arising in relation to use of these services.
Use of Equifax Property reports should be for the intended business use only i.e. for due diligence purposes when assessing lending on property transactions.
On-selling, sub-licensing, disclosing or otherwise providing property information in any form to any other business, person or third party is not permitted.
Altering the format, meaning or substance of any property information supplied is prohibited.
Making copies of property information other than as are reasonably required for backup purposes is prohibited.
Any property information stored should be secured so as not to be accessed or used by unauthorised persons.
The property information provided is not to be used to encroach on the privacy of individuals or used for direct marketing
Valocity does not hold sales history records for properties prior to 1980.
